Merahs Diab founded Diab Consulting Group after an
extensive career in Business Management. He grew up alongside CEO’s and Presidents of
diverse multimillion dollar corporations where he quickly developed the necessary skill
and experience to identify problems with ailing corporations or well-to do companies and
deliver optimal business solutions to business owners for maximum improvement and
efficiency. Merahs served in various positions as Operations Manager and General Manager
of several large, well known organizations. Prior to founding Diab Consulting Group,
Merahs successfully turned around several struggling businesses and hotels at times
increasing annual revenue by 166% in less than one year. Merahs has focused the majority
of his business on revitalizing distressed, mismanaged small businesses and hotels. Merahs
has a 100% success track record and continues to maintain this effectiveness for many
distressed properties and businesses.
Merahs holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science with a minor in
International Business from George Mason University and is currently working towards his
MBA at the University of Miami. Merahs is also a guest speaker on business management and
organizational behavior at various colleges and universities in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale
area. He is fluent in French and English. |
